This 5 days wildlife safari is a marvelous safari that will take you Queen Elizabeth National Park and Lake Mburo National Park.

Queen Elizabeth National Park is known for its wildlife, including African buffalo, kobs, hippopotamus, Nile crocodile, African bush elephant, African leopard, lion, and chimpanzee. It is home to 95 mammal species and over 500 bird species. The area around Ishasha is famous for its tree-climbing lions, whose males sport black manes.

Lake Mburo National Park is a compact gem, located conveniently close to the highway that connects Kampala to the parks of western Uganda. It is the smallest of Uganda’s savannah national parks and is underlain by ancient Precambrian metamorphic rocks which date back more than 500 million years. It is home to 350 bird species as well as zebra, impala, eland, buffalo, oribi, Defassa waterbuck, leopard, hippo, hyena, topi and reedbuck.

Glory Summit Tours and Travel driver guide will pick you, brief you about the Itinerary and then transfer you to Queen Elizabeth National Park in western Uganda with a stopover at the Equator for photographs and as well as to perform a simple experiment and experience a tropical balance then you will embark on the journey with lunch en-route to Mbarara. After lunch embark on the journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arriving will be in the late evening, check-in to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Arise in the morning, have breakfast and go for a game drive to catch the early risers and predators returning their hideout along Kasenyi tracks and Queens Mile. This dawn drive offers you an opportunity to see Lions, Leopards, Giant Forest Hogs, Cape Buffaloes, Elephants, Defassa Waterbucks, spotted hyenas, Kobs, Topi, Bush bucks, and bird species.

After the game drive return, to the lodge for a late breakfast and relax till lunch and then after lunch, you will go for a 2 hours boat cruise on the Kazinga channel into Lake Edward. This launch cruise will give you a great opportunity for photography, bird watching and game viewing at a close range. Return for an easy evening dinner and over night.

After early breakfast, depart to Kalinzu Forest for the chimpanzee trekking. Return to the lodge for lunch. Later in the afternoon, go for an evening game drive at the Ishasha sector which offers you a unique experience of seeing the Tree Climbing Lions and the Topis. Other wildlife includes; Bushbucks, Waterbucks, African Civets, Mongoose, Giant Forest Hogs, and others. Return to your lodge for an overnight.

After Breakfast, drive to LMNP. The Park contains a variety of attractions; it is dominated by extensive wetlands, rolling grassy hills, seasonal and permanent swamps, wooden savannah, and forests, which harbor a variety of plants and animal species. You will enjoy a night game drive. At night there is a whole variety of animals that you would not see in the day including bush pigs, genet cats, and white-tailed mongoose to mention but a few.

You are likely to see eland & buffalo and nearly always warthog, topi, impala, duiker, bushbuck, waterbuck and zebra on the horseback safaris; it is a peaceful and relaxing activity.

After this exhilarating experience Relax have your lunch and head for Entebbe arriving in the evening for your flight back home.
